Preheat your campfire. Spread out a layer of tortilla chips on a large, heat-resistant plate or bowl. Top with shredded cheese and salsa. Add a layer of refried beans, and then top with another layer of tortilla chips, cheese, and salsa. If desired, add ground beef to the top. Place the plate or bowl on the edge of the campfire to warm and melt the cheese.

Pour the chili into a saucepan or skillet and warm over a fire. When it has warmed up, open your personal bag of chips and pour chili into the bag. Top it off with cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes (all up to you!), and eat it out of the bag with a fork!

Place a piece of pita bread on a large piece of aluminum foil. Curl or fold up the edges to create a make-shift plate. Assemble your pizza with marinara sauce first, then sprinkle cheese, pepperoni, and any of your favorite pizza toppings. Place your pizza on a grill over a campfire, until the cheese is melted or is slightly brown.

Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices of bread, butter-side down, on a skillet on a grill over the campfire. Top one slice of bread with a slice of cheese, and place the other slice of bread, butter side up, on top to make a sandwich. Grill the sandwich until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.

Wash and slice the potatoes into thin wedges. Wrap each potato wedge in a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Grill the potatoes over the campfire, flipping occasionally, until the bacon is crispy. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley, and top with ranch dressing.
